From 2019 till date, the counsel for the appellant is not showing any interest in pursuing the matter diligently. When the matter was listed before the Court on 30.01.2024, granted three weeks time for compliance of office objection on payment of cost of Rs.500/-, but till date, office objections are not complied and cost is also not paid. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed for non-compliance of office objections and non-payment of cost.
