ORDER
Learned counsel for the Review Petitioner submits
and learned Panel Counsel appearing for the BDA agrees with the submission that the matter was wrongly referred to Justice K.N.Keshavanarayana Committee by this court when reference was unwarranted.
In view of the above, Review Petition is disposed off; the order dated 1.3.2023 whereby, the Writ Petition was disposed off stands recalled and as a consequence, the writ petition stands drawn back to the Board for disposal on merits, afresh.
Post this matter before the Roster Bench.
