Sri.B.C.Prabhakar., for the review petitioner has appeared in person.
Counsel for the review petitioner submits that a memo has been filed stating that the review petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the Review Petition. Counsel therefore, submits that the memo may be placed on record and the Review Petition may be dismissed as withdrawn.
When queried by the Court, counsel Sri.Vasuki., submits that the review petitioner has taken a conscious decision to withdraw the Review Petition.
