and marks sheets issued by the DDPI for the SSLC examination, passport copy of the plaintiff No.1, birth certificate of the second plaintiff, TC of the second plaintiff, apart from the PUC marks certificate, these documents were reveals that one Jayaramareddy is the father of the plaintiff Nos.1 and 2 and the photographs said to be taken at the time of the marriage between the plaintiff No.3 and Jayaramareddy. These documents were not produced before the Trial Court by the plaintiffs due to inadvertence. Though the Ex.P.9 is the ration card, in the ration card DW.2 and DW.3 also shown as family members along with the Jayaramreddy and the plaintiff Nos.1 to 3. And these documents were produced before the Trial court definitely finding of the Trial court would be different from the findings given by the Trial court in the impugned Judgment. Though the strong opposition from the defendants that the marriage was not proved, date of the marriage not proved, Even DW.2 and DW.3 were not invited by the Jayaramreddy for his marriage etc., but it has to be considered by the Trial Court.
