ORAL JUDGMENT
The appellant counsel remained absent, and even on
the last date of hearing also. This case once dismissed for non prosecution on 11.06.2018 and restored at the request of appellant. In spite of that the learned counsel for the appellant remained absent, even not deposited the decretal amount as ordered by the court. The appellant is not interested in prosecuting the appeal.
Hence the appeal is dismissed for non prosecution.
