JUDGEMENT
The challenge in this Appeal is to the Decree of Eviction and payment of arrears of rent. Learned counsel appearing for the Appellant fairly submits that the Decree in question has already been executed and the amount also has been paid in terms thereof to the Respondent – Landlord. He further adds that the matter can be put to rest by disposing off the Appeal accordingly.
