Sri Sandeep S, learned counsel for the appellant seeks time. By order dated 24.07.2024, a co-ordinate Bench of this Court granted two weeks time to comply with office objections on payment of cost of Rs.2,000/- payable to the Advocates' Welfare Fund, Bengaluru. Till today, the same is not paid. Despite granting sufficient time, office objections are not complied though the appeal is of the year 2023 wherein the Award passed by the first appellate Court in the land acquisition matter is under challenge.
