ORDER
Smt.Suma Kedilaya., learned counsel on behalf of Sri.Padmanabha Kedilaya.V., for the Cross-objector has appeared in person.
Counsel submits that a memo has been filed stating that connected case in MFA No.4075/2016 is already disposed and the matter is settled before the Lok-Adalath. Hence, the Cross objection may be dismissed as withdrawn. Counsel therefore, submits that the memo may be placed on record and the Cross-objection may be dismissed as withdrawn.
When queried by the Court, counsel Smt.Suma Keldilaya., submits that she has taken a conscious decision to withdraw the Cross-objection and if an order is passed, she shall not seek for recalling the order.
The oral submission made by learned counsel for the cross-objector and the memo is placed on record.
