This Court vide order dated 14.06.2024 observed that matter is listed for non-compliance of office objections for fourth time and the counsel for the appellants again sought for time and time was granted to comply with the office objections on cost of Rs.1,000/- and also made it

Inspite of the said order, the counsel for the appellants either complied with the office objections or paid the cost. Hence, it appears that the appellants are not interested in prosecuting the matter diligently. Thus, in view of the order dated 14.06.2024, the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.
