When the suit is filed for the relief of declaration and also appellants have also filed the suit only for bare injunction, the larger relief is sought in a comprehensive suit filed by the respondent wherein injunction has been granted in O.S.No.195/2020 and also records reveals that at earlier point of time, an exparte temporary injunction is granted not to alienate and while disposing of I.A.No.1, granted the relief not to interfere with the possession of the suit schedule property, when there are revenue entries are also in favour of both the parties and also when the suit is also pending for the relief of declaration, this Court also while considering the appeal, passed an order to maintain Status Quo and when both of them are claiming right in respect of the very same suit schedule property in their respective suits, it is appropriate to order to maintain the order of Status Quo by both the parties and when the suit is filed for comprehensive suit in O.S.No.195/2020 before the Senior Civil Judge and other suit is also pending before the Civil Judge (Jr. dn.) and the suit in Civil Judge (Jr. Dn) which is pending for the bare injunction ought to be
