JUDGMENT

Learned counsel for the appellant has filed a memo

for withdrawal of the appeal stating that he does not intend to prosecute the appeal since the dispute between the parties is resolved and they have compromised the dispute amongst themselves before the Trial Court in O.S.No.111/2023. The copy of compromise decree is annexed with the memo.

The memo along with compromise decree is taken on record.

In view of the memo, appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
