This Miscellaneous First Appeal is coming on for Orders this day, the Court made the following:
O R D E R
Learned counsel for the appellant who is physically present submits that she has complied all the office objections except regarding maintainability of the appeal. However, the office objections which are shown as due for compliance runs into seven in their serial number.
When the Court brought to the notice of the learned counsel and read out those office objections, which are shown to be due for compliance, still the learned counsel for the appellant repeats, re-repeats and reiterates her submission that all the office objections are complied except maintainability of the appeal. If that were to be the case, learned Registrar (Judicial) to look into the matter and if all the other office objections are already complied with, list this matter on 04.01.2024. In case, if the other office objections are still to be complied, apart from alleged maintainability of this appeal, then the appeal stands

dismissed for noncompliance of office objections without any
further orders.
In such an event there is no necessity to list the matter
again and this order could be treated as order of dismissal of this
appeal for noncompliance of office objections.
NOTE: Court Order dt.02.01.2024 not complied with. Hence Appeal stands dismissed.
