Learned counsel for the respondents has filed a memo placing on record that in execution case No.15/2024 on the file of Principal Senior Civil Judge and CJM, Haveri, the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and in terms of the said settlement, the statutory deposit amount deposited by the appellant paid in the present appeal is agreed to be released in favour of respondent No.1.
In view of the aforementioned, the above appeal is dismissed as having settled out of the Court.
The Statutory amount of ₹25,000/- shall be paid to the respondent No.1 by way of direct remittance to the bank account of respondent No.1.
The learned counsel for respondent No.1 shall furnish the bank account details of the respondent No.1 in the registry forthwith.
