relevant year, that the price of sugarcane was Rs.1,250/- per ton but the learned reference Judge took the price at Rs.1,125/- per ton which is average price for three preceding years and not the exact price for the relevant year. The Division Bench of this Court in the matter referred supra has taken the exact price of the relevant year and calculated the market value based on the price of sugarcane. Considering the said aspect, the price of sugar cane for the relevant period i.e., 2005-06 at Rs.1,250/- per ton yield of sugarcane is taken into consideration. Therefore, the appellants/claimants are entitled to market value to be determined by taking the yield per acre of sugarcane as 45 ton and per ton price at Rs.1,250/- along with all statutory benefits. If the yield of 45 tons per acre and the price at Rs.1,250/- per ton of sugar cane is taken and market value of the land under acquisition comes to Rs.2,81,250/- per acre by adopting multiplication method as has been done by the reference Judge as against Rs.2,55,000/- as awarded by
