This Court by order dated 17.06.2022 directed the registry to issue Court notice to the appellant/wife. Accordingly, the registry issued Court notice to the appellant. Shara received from JMFC, Chandagad indicates service of notice. Though service of notice on the appellant is held sufficient, there is no representation nor the appellant is present before the Court. It appears that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the appeal. Accordingly, the appeal stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
