According to the counsel for the respondent, there are huge arrears of rents. According to the petitioner, the arrears are in a sum of Rs.50,000/-.
In the morning session, matter was passed over for the payment of admitted arrears of rent to the tune of Rs.50,000/-. But, no payment is made today.
Accordingly, revision petition is dismissed for non
prosecution.
