The petitioner challenges the judgment and decree dated 12.1.2023 passed in SC No.348/2021 by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Bengaluru (SCCH-11), wherein the suit for ejectment came to be dismissed.

The parties are present before this Court. They have filed a joint memo stating that at the instance of family and friends, the petitioner and the respondent have amicably resolved the dispute among themselves, and in terms of the settlement, the respondent - tenant has agreed to vacate the suit schedule property on or before 31.12.2024, and handover the vacant possession of the suit schedule property to the petitioner - plaintiff. The parties have further stated that they have no claim against each other in relation to the rent.

The joint memo filed by the parties is placed on record.

In terms of the joint memo, the revision petition stands disposed of directing the respondent - tenant to vacate and handover the vacant possession of the suit schedule property on or before 31.12.2024.
