" It is submitted that the petitioner had preferred the revision petition challenging the order passed by the Hon'ble XII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate and the order passed by the lower Appellate Court in Crl.A. No.1514/2022, where under the petitioner was convicted for the offence punishable under Section 138 of N.I. Act.
It is submitted that the petitioner has settled the matter with the respondent and hence prays
