ORDER
The petitioner-accused, who has been convicted for offenses punishable under sections 341, 332, 427, 504, 506 of the IPC, is before this Court.
punishable under Section 323. The judgment of conviction passed by the Trial Court was confirmed by the learned Sessions Judge. Hence, this Criminal Revision Petition.
6. Accordingly, I pass the following:
ORDER

ii) The impugned judgment of conviction dated 21.10.2014 passed by the learned Senior Civil Judge and JMFC, at Sakaleshpura in C.C.No.29/2013 is hereby confirmed, and the impugned order of sentence dated 21.10.2014, confirmed by the III Additional District and Sessions Judge, at Hassan is modified as follows:
iii) The order of sentence is hereby set aside to the extent of sentencing the petitioner to undergo imprisonment, and the fine amount is enhanced by sentencing the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.6,000/- for each of the offence, and in default undergo simple imprisonment for three months , and the petitioner-accused is further sentenced to pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- to the PW-1 victim and Rs.15,000/- to KSRTC department as compensation within two months from the date of this order, and in default of payment of this compensation amount, he shall undergo simple imprisonment for three months.
iv) Interim custody of the autorikshaw to the petitioner is made absolute.
