hearing both sides, the Trial Court has acquitted the accused for the alleged commission of offence. Being aggrieved by this impugned judgment of acquittal, the complainant has preferred appeal in Crl.A.No.10030/2015 and the same came to be allowed vide judgment dated 04.04.2017 and the judgment of acquittal dated 22.06.2015 passed in C.C.No.693/2012 by the Court of the Prl.Civil Judge and JMFC, Chikkanayakanahalli, is set aside.
