THIS PETITION COMING ON FOR ORDERS THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
O R D E R
This petition was filed in 2020 and this Court ordered to
issue notice against the respondent on 15.01.2021 and though submissions were made to report the settlement, on 19.01.2021 the learned counsel for the petitioner made the submission that
the same is not materialized. The notice was ordered on 19.01.2021 and the learned counsel for the petitioner not pursued the matter. When the matter was listed on 16.02.2021, once again notice was issued. On 24.03.2021, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought time. On 30.03.2021, finally a week’s time was granted to the petitioner for furnishing process. Inspite of the matter is listed on several occasions, the learned counsel for the petitioner not taken any steps. On 14.09.2022, none appeared for the petitioner and this Court made it clear that if the needful is not done by the next date of hearing, the petition will be dismissed for non-prosecution. Inspite of the same, not taken any steps. On 12.01.2024, a week’s time was granted and inspite of the same, not taken any steps in the matter.
