ORDER
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is unable to apprise the Court, as to whether the
Investigating Officer has filed the final report or not.
the petitioner were freezed by the Investigating Officer during the investigation in the year 2019. Thereafter, freezing was modified by the Court below with condition that salary/pension alone has to be permitted to be operated by the petitioner.
Liberty is reserved to the petitioner to approach the trial Court seeking to de-freeze the account, if final report is already submitted.
