Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed memo. Memo

reads as under:

“The undersigned counsel for the petitioner herein furnishes the photocopies of the DDs bearing No.014650 and 014651 for the amount of Rs.25,000/- in favour of Registrar, City Civil Court, Bangalore, drawn on Nyayamitra Sahakari Bank Niyamita, City Civil Court Branch, Bengaluru for kind perusal of this Hon’ble Court in the interest of justice.”

This successive bail request is filed by the

petitioner. Infact petitioner was granted bail earlier. He jumped the bail and therefore, his presence was secured and sent him to judicial custody.

By jumping the bail, the petitioner himself made liable for payment of the bond amount.

Part of the bond amount is now paid and as per the memo, the petitioner is seeking instalments for paying the balance bond amount in a sum of Rs.25,000/- per month. Balance bond amount is to the extent of Rs.75,000/-.

Taking note of the fact that the petitioner has been granted bail earlier and he has jumped the bail and now he is ready to pay the entire bond amount and is only seeking instalments in paying the bond amount, this Court is of the considered opinion that bail petition needs to be allowed.

Accordingly, the following:

ORDER

Criminal petition is allowed on the following conditions:

¶35

(i) Petitioner/accused No.3 shall execute fresh bond in a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees one lakh only) with two sureties for the likesum to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.

(ii) Petitioner is directed to pay the balance bond amount of Rs.75,000/- in three equal monthly instalments.

¶37

(iii) Petitioner shall not tamper with prosecution witnesses in any manner.

¶38

(iv) Petitioner shall attend the Court regularly.

¶39

(v) Petitioner shall not leave jurisdiction of Bengaluru without prior permission.

Violation of any of the above conditions, would entitle the

prosecution to seek for cancellation of bail.
