ORAL ORDER
The petitioner is before this Court calling in question the registration of crime in Crime No.217/2024 by the Halasur Police Station pending on the file of the X Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Bengaluru.
“7. The Plaintiff and the Defendants have agreed that the suit may kindly be decreed by this Hon'ble Court on the following terms:

registered as Document No.GNR-103219-2024- 25, stored in Book No.1 in the Office of the Sub-Registrar, Gandhinagar (Ganganagar), Bangalore, conveying all right, title and interest in the Schedule Property in favour of the Defendant No.2, on the same date as this Petition. A copy of the registered sale deed is annexed hereto as Document No.1. The Defendant No.1 has signed the said sale deed as a confirming party and consenting witness.
Defendant No.1 in view of the aforesaid sale deed executed in terms hereof.
d. Defendant No.2 undertakes to withdraw his complaint filed before the Halasuru Police Station (FIR registered as Crime No.0217/2024). Defendant No.2 shall sign an affidavit confirming his consent for quashing of the said FIR and shall be present before the Hon'ble High Court of Karnataka, Bangalore, in proceedings to be initiated under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Section 528 of the Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023) by the Plaintiff and Defendant No. 1, to confirm that the said FIR may be quashed. Defendant No.2 undertakes to extend complete cooperation for quashing and closure of the criminal proceedings in Crime No.0217/2024."
