ORDER
The petitioners are before this Court calling in question registration of a crime in Crime No.220/2023, pending before the 37th Additional City Civil and Sessions Judge, Bengaluru, for the offences punishable under Sections 498A and 506 of the IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961.
“4. The Deponents have amicably resolved their disputes and have agreed to settle the matter as per the following terms and conditions.

Customs in Ankit Vista Resort, Nelamangala, Bangalore District, by entering into Deed of Mutual Agreement between Deponent No. 1/Petitioner No. 1 and Deponent No. 4/Petitioner No. 4, duly attested by a Notary Public, Government of India and having kept original of the Deed of Mutual Agreement with either of the Party.
In the light of the fact that the parties have arrived at settlement and since it is a marital dispute, I deem it

appropriate to accept the application and terminate the proceedings against the petitioners, as the allegations are not against the State.
ORDER
(ii) The proceedings in Crime No.220/2023, pending before the 37th Additional City Civil and Sessions Judge, Bengaluru, stand quashed.
