Sri.Venkatesh Somareddi, learned counsel for respondent No.2 and learned High Court Government Pleader submits

that police have already filed charge sheet and the trial Court has not accepted the charge sheet for want of FSL report. Now, the FSL report is produced before this Court.

Learned High Court Government Pleader is permitted to file FSL report before the trial Court.

In view of filing of FSL report, the trial Court would definitely accept the charge sheet and take cognizance.
