This petitioner is said to be the sister of accused No.1 came for the post maternity care to her parental house, she used to trouble the complainant and accused Nos.1 to 3 said to be demanded dowry and also demanded to transfer the property in the name of accused No.1 as it stands in the name of the complainant. In spite of panchayath, the accused persons continued harassment. Subsequently, the respondent No.2 went for her post maternity care to her parents house, the accused persons came once and thereafter they did not come. Later, when the parents of respondent No.2 approached the accused persons to take her back to their home, they were reluctant to take her back and they demanded money for the same. There is specific allegation made against this petitioner in the complaint at paragraph No.9 and also in the further statement regarding the instigation made by this petitioner for her brother and in turn all of them were said to be harassed the complainant physically and mentally. There is sufficient material placed on record to frame the charges against this petitioner. Apart from that, the order sheet reveals, the Trial Court framed the charges long back i.e., on 18.08.2017 and subsequently summons were issued. Witnesses were present
