Petition is of the year 2020. Matter is listed for 3rd time for compliance of office objections. I do not find any reason to adjourn the matter. However, to afford final opportunity, finally list on 25.11.2024."
Inspite of that, there is no progress in the matter nor
there is any representation. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter.
Hence, the petition is dismissed for non-compliance of
office objections.
