ORDER
Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner has filed a Memo dated 14.06.2024 seeking leave of the Court to withdraw the Petition on the ground that the subject PCR has already been disposed off. The Memo moved has the following text:
“The Petitioner humbly submits that the Petitioner has been arrayed as Accused No.12 in P.C.R. No.621/2024 pending before the 42nd ACMM, Bengaluru and during the course of filing of the above Petition, the said P.C.R. had been disposed off. Hence, the Petitioner prays to withdraw the above said case with liberty to file a fresh Criminal Petition and the same may be taken on record, in the interest of justice and equity.”
2. Learned Addl. SPP being asked, answers that he
has no objection for granting prayer in terms of the Memo.
