ORDER
The petitioner-accused No.1 is before this Court seeking grant of bail under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. in Crime No. 245/2023 of Nangli Police Station, pending in C.C.No.1816/2024 on the file of the learned Additional Civil Judge (Jr.Dvn) & JMFC Court, Mulbagal, Kolar Dist, registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code (for short 'IPC') and Sections 9 and 10 of Prohibition of Child Marriage Act, on the basis of the first information lodged by the informant - Ravi Kumar.
learned counsel for both the parties, the point that would arise for my consideration is:
“Whether the petitioner is entitled
for grant of bail under Section 439 of Cr.P.C.?”
My answer to the above point is in ‘Negative’ for the following:
R E A S O N S
thereafter the accused have caused her death. There are strong prima facie materials against the petitioner for having committed the offence. Considering the nature and seriousness of the offence, I am of the opinion that the petitioner is not entitled for grant of bail.
Negative and proceed to pass the following:

The petition is dismissed.
