but police have not arrested the said accused persons. Therefore, the victim in the said complaint approached this complainant and hence he went to the police station to enquire about the case and arrest of the said accused. The said complainant also told, the police may called to the said accused person Premkumar and make compromise by meeting them. When he approached the accused No.2- Raghavendra police inspector, he said to be told to meet the accused No.1 -the present petitioner. Accordingly, the complainant along with one Bharath Kumar met the accused No.1 - the present petitioner and subsequently they contacted over telephone. Hence accused No.1 asked them to come to Akshaya lodge, where the accused No.1 said to be demanded bribe Rs.1,00,000/- on behalf of accused No.2, for the purpose of settling the issue. The said informant asked the present petitioner to call the accused - Premkumar in Crime No.58/2020 and victim girl to the said lodge to discuss between them. Therefore the accused No.2 said to be told, he will permit to discuss only for 10 minutes. Thereafter the accused No.1 said to be demanded Rs.1,00,000/- for settling the dispute and when the amount was brought and handover to the accused No.1 -the present petitioner, he has been trapped, accordingly the accused Nos.1 and 2 were implicated and FIR has been registered against them and trap panchanama was prepared.
