The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs:

"Wherefore, the petitioner above named most humbly prays that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to call for records in Cr. No. 446/2017 on the file of Ist Add. District and sessions Judge, Mandya, registered by Maddur Police Station, Mandya district, for offences punishable under Sections 376, 420 r/w 34 of IPC and under Section 3(1)(w) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Act 2015 and further be pleased to set-aside the order District and Sessions dated 14.03.2018 on the file of the Ist Addl. District and sessions Judge, Mandya, in Cr. No. 446/2017 of Maddur Police Station, Mandya district, directing the petitioner to give blood sample for DNA analysis, for the reasons stated above, in the ends of justice"

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the blood samples have already been submitted for DNA analysis. Hence, the above petition has rendered infructuous.
