5. As could be seen from the statements in the charge
sheet, the accused are supposed to have visited the house
of the deceased when they were not at home and insulted the family members regarding the money that had remained unpaid to them. If the entire set of allegations indicates that the accused came to the house of the deceased when they were not present and insulted the family members, the question of the accused instigating the above mentioned persons to commit suicide would be inconceivable.
