petitioner.
Accused No.2 being the petitioner has been charge sheeted along with accused No.1 for the offence punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.
came out of the house for help and fell into the gutter. It is the petitioner who threw a big stone on the head of the deceased whereby, life of the deceased came to an end. The post mortem report, apart from burn injuries, also shows the head injury.
