2. The memo reads as follows:
“The above Criminal Petition is filed Challenging the FIR and in the mean while the respondent police has filed charge sheet Spl.Case No.383 of 2024 for the offence punishable section 498A, 494 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code and section 3(1)(r)(s) of SC/ST (POA) Act, 1989.
Therefore the petitioner is seeking under It is most humbly submitted as follows:
That the undersigned advocate appearing for the abovenamed petitioner intends to withdraw the abovenumbered case.
Wherefore, It is most humbly prayed before this Honorable court, that this Honorable court may kindly be pleased to permit the petitioner to withdraw the above petition with liberty to file fresh petition on obtaining the will, in the interest of justice and equity.”
