It is submitted that, in the aforesaid Criminal Petition the Petitioners have sought for quashing of FIR in Cr.No.263/2022 registered by the KTJ Police Station, Davanagere against the Petitioners pending on the file of III Addl. Civil Judge and JMFC Court, Davanagere. It is further submitted that, the 1st Respondent police have filed the Charge Sheet on 10.10.2023 in C.C.No.2483/2024 and on 11.06.2024 the Learned III Addl Civil Judge and JMFC Court, Davanagere has taken cognizance of the offence. Therefore, the above Crl.Petition will become infructuous.”
In terms of the memo, the criminal petition is disposed as withdrawn.
