The offences alleged against the accused are under
Sections 304A and 338 of IPC. Further the allegations are regarding not taking proper steps and not providing proper safety equipments to the workers.
The learned counsel for the petitioner did not appear before the Court so as to prosecute the matter. It appears
that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter. Considering the conduct of the petitioner, the petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
