ORAL JUDGMENT
This appeal is filed by the appellant –accused No.4 praying to set aside the judgment of conviction and order on sentence dated 20.08.2018 passed in S.C.No.168/2011 by the III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Kolar whereunder the appellant –accused No.4 has been convicted for offences punishable under Sections 120-B, 395, 397 read with Section 149 of Indian Penal Code (hereinafter referred to as “IPC” for brevity) and sentenced to undergo imprisonment for a period of 10 years and pay fine of Rs.10,000/- for offence punishable under Section 120-B read with Section 149 of IPC; sentenced to undergo imprisonment for a period of 10 years and pay fine of Rs.10,000/- for offence punishable under Section 395 read with Section 149 of IPC and sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for a period of 07 years and pay fine of Rs.10,000/- for offence
punishable under Section 397 read with Section 149 of IPC.
No.4, the appeal abates.
