prosecution, the complainant is a Senior Manager with control over warehouses situated in Mugulavalli Village, Chikkamagaluru Taluk and one situated in Koppa Village, Piriyapattana Taluk. The petitioner is a Supervisor of the warehouse situated in Magulavalli Village, since the year 2010, the other accused was assisting accused No.1/petitioner. It is alleged that the other accused were required to give details of the coffee beans purchased and stocked in the said warehouse, and they have also executed a consent letter while joining the company. According to the prosecution, on 19.11.2023 when the complainant along with the petitioner verified the stock stored in the warehouse, it was found to be accurate. It is further alleged that, the same was entered in relevant records. It is further alleged that the petitioner used to send the total weight of the coffee beans stored in the warehouse and on 04.12.2023 a statement showing that weight of the copy was forwarded by him through e-mail.
