There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Even on the last date of hearing, learned
counsel for the petitioner was absent and the Court had adjourned the matter to enable the learned counsel for the petitioner to argue the matter. But even today, during the second call there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, it appears that learned counsel for the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter. Considering the conduct of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
