Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing the matter for sometime submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the jurisdictional Court and file necessary application seeking regular bail.
2. Submission is placed on record.
Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as
prayed for.
It is needless to state that in the event, petitioner surrenders before the jurisdictional Court and makes necessary application, the same shall be considered on merits as expeditiously as possible.
