2. Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

No.609/2024 which was rejected on 10.09.2024. Therefore, she is before this Court.

owner, but documents including her Aadhaar card were forged in the name of the first informant and the same were used before the Sub-Registrar's office for the purpose of registration of the fraudulent sale deed. According to the prosecution, the forged Aadhaar card and other documents are in the possession of the petitioner and they are yet to be recovered. Petitioner has not been cooperating with the police for the purpose of investigation. Considering the nature of allegations found in the first information, I am of the opinion that the petitioner is not entitled for the relief sought in the petition. Accordingly, petition is dismissed.
