Learned counsel for the petitioners is absent. No representation, even when the matter is passed over twice and again called.
The petition is of the year 2022. Office has raised objections and the same are not complied with even though the matter is listed for the fourth time.
Order sheet dated 30.09.2024 reads as under:
"Two weeks time is granted to comply with the office objections, failing which, the petition would be dismissed for its non-prosecution."
Inspite of that there is no progress in the matter. It
appears that the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the matter. Hence, the petition is dismissed .
