That the charge sheet is already filed in Kittur PS Cr No.131/2024 before the trial court with addition of Section 216A of IPC. Therefore Petitioners may kindly be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file fresh bail petition before the Sessions court with additional grounds.
