That, the above Petition Petitioner challenging the FIR and subsequently Now the Petitioner want to challenge the Chargesheet. Therefore the petitioner intent to withdraw this Petition. Hence Hon’ble Court kindly permit the Petitioner to withdraw the Petition as not pressed and kindly grant liberty to Challenge the chargesheet as fresh petition in the interest of justice.”
In view of the memo, the petition is dismissed as
