ORAL ORDER
Learned counsel for the petitioner files a memo seeking withdrawal of the petition. Memo reads thus:
“Herein, the advocate for the petitioner begs to submits as under:
That the top noted case filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. for quashing entire proceedings in the top noted case filed by the petitioner. In C.C.No.228/2023 this case pending before the 1st Addl. Senior Civil Judge and JMFC., Ranebennur was acquitted the this petitioner on 2/4/2024 in the said case, consequently by this Hon’ble court permit to me be pleased withdrawn the petition.
Hence, it is most humbly prayed that, this Hon’ble court be pleased to dismiss as not press, in the above case, in the interest of justice.”
In view of the memo, the petition is dismissed as not pressed. As a consequence, I.A.1/2023 does not survive for consideration.
