That, the Petitioner had filed the above criminal petition before this Hon’ble Court to quash FIR and Complaint registered at Naragund P.S. Crime No. 209/2023 for the offence punishable under Section 143, 147, 148, 323, 324, 341, 394, 355, 455, 504

R/w. Section 149 of IPC and Section 3[1][r], 31, 3[2][v-a] of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, on the file of Addl. District and Sessions Court, Gadag.

The above petition is filed during the crime state, now the investigation is completed and charge sheet has been filed against the petitioner/Accused No.1 and other 10 Accused in Naragund P.S. Crime No.209/2023.

Therefore, the above petitioner wants to withdraw the above Petition and to file another petition quashing of the charge sheet. Hence, the Petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the above petition and liberty may be granted to file fresh criminal petition, in the ends of justice.”
