The wife is before this Court seeking transfer of MC No.4129/2024 which is filed by the husband before the II Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Bangalore to the Family Court at Mandya.

The wife contends that she has a one and half year old child to take care of and it would be extremely difficult for her to travel to Bangalore to defend herself.

¶23

In my view, this reason put forth by the wife is genuine and is deserves acceptance. Consequently, MC No.4129/2024 pending on the file of the II Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Bangalore is withdrawn and transferred to the Family Court at Mandya.

Since the parties are represented by their counsels,

they are hereby directed to appear before the Family
