The wife is before this Court seeking transfer of G and WC No.64/2023 from the file of the VII Additional Senior Civil Judge, Bengaluru Rural District, Bengaluru to the Senior Civil Judge, Hosakote.

The wife contends that she is residing at Hosakote and has also instituted a proceeding for dissolution of marriage in M.C.No.23/2022 and that it would hence, be difficult for her to travel to Bengaluru.

In my view, this request is genuine and deserves acceptance. Consequently, G and WC No.64/2023 pending on the file of the VII Additional Senior Civil Judge, Bengaluru Rural District, Bengaluru is withdrawn and transferred to the Court of the Senior Civil Judge, Hosakote.

Learned counsel appearing for the parties submits that direction to be issued to the Senior Civil Judge, Hosakote to ensure that all the proceedings between the parties be posted on the same day i.e., M.C.No.3438/2021 and G and WC No.64/2023 and M.C.No.23/2022.

The Senior Civil Judge, Hosakote is directed to ensure that all the three proceedings between the parties are posted on the same day. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.

Since the parties are represented by their counsels, they are directed to appear before the Senior Civil Judge, Hosakote on 10.01.2025.
