Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.

The petitioner is seeking transfer of M.C.No.50/021 from the Court of Addl. Senior Civil Judge, Basavana Bagewadi to the competent Court at Jewargi.

¶24

Taking into account the fact that the distance between Basavana Bagewadi to Jewargi is more than 100 kilometers and the petitioner herein has to take the assistance of her parents to travel between these places, I am the view that the M.C.No.50/2021 pending consideration before the Additional Senior Civil Judge, Basavana Bagewadi be transferred to the competent Court at Jewargi. In the result, I pass the following :

1) Civil Petition is allowed.
